This month, we’re excited to share highlights from a tech sprint we held recently with our engineering team, who joined us in NYC from Tel Aviv.

We focused on a backlog of customer requests that could be completed in a week. Over 22 new features are now live across the Unit Dashboard and product—the result of an energizing period dedicated to in-person collaboration.

Below, we’ve shared highlights from the sprint, in addition to new features to improve the application process and card management.

Product updates

Document Collector White-Label Component. For applicants that require additional verification, you can now automate document collection with our White-Label Component. (docs)

Cardholder Token. Performing sensitive card actions like showing card details or managing the PIN requires two-factor authentication. You can now create a Cardholder Token in order to authorize business cardholders with access to specific cards. (docs)

Dashboard enhancements

Deposit Fees. You can now see your deposit fee information on the deposit product page.

Search cards by the last 4 digits on the Account page. This update makes it easier to search for card details, especially for accounts with many cards (e.g., employee benefits programs, enterprise businesses).

Card Level Limits are now shown on the Account page. Card limits are now set at the account level and can be set per card. This makes it easier to update limits and debug declines.

Check Deposits and Check Payments added to the Accounts page. We’ve made it easier to see all end-customer payment activity from the Accounts page.

Customer Type and Deposit Product filters added to the Accounts page. You can now pull reports for all accounts associated with a specific end-customer type or deposit product.

Return Reason for Returned Incoming Wires. We now show why a wire was returned in the Dashboard and via API.

View additional fields for purchase transactions. We’ve made it easier to view transaction details and debug directly in the Dashboard. The fields include paymentMethod, cardPresent, digitalWallet, and uniqueMerchantID.

Deactivated usernames in the Dashboard can no longer be used. This ensures there are no duplicate usernames, which could interfere with logins.

View Wallet Terms and Wallet IDs. You can now view these account details on the Customer and Accounts page in the Dashboard. This makes it easier to see the Wallet Terms associated with specific end-users.

Credit Terms are now shown on the Customer page. We’ve made it easy to see the credit program that an end-customer is enrolled in.

Restricted Dashboard users can now cancel applications. Non-admin Dashboard users can now cancel applications—reducing the need for admin permissions in operational roles.

Closed Batch Accounts have been removed from the homepage. This helps streamline the accounts displayed on the homepage. You can still access them via the Accounts section in the Dashboard.

“Bank” and “status” columns added to the Deposit product page. You can now see which deposit products are linked to which bank and if they're active.

Search payments based on the exact dollar amount. This makes it easier to find specific payments.

Wallets added to Account page filter. You can now filter for all Wallets.

Product enhancements

View daily accrued interest in API endpoint. We’ve added an Accrued Interest endpoint. This enables you to see the amount of interest an account accrued during a specified period of time. (docs)

Deleted Status for Recurring Payments and endpoint to delete Recurring Payments. We’ve added a "deleted" status for recurring payments and an endpoint to delete recurring payments. (docs)

Limit checks enforced when approving originated ACHs. We now perform limit checks when an ACH payment gets a manual approval.

Plaid sessions are invalidated when user information changes. If a Dashboard user changes their information, like their phone number, we now invalidate their Plaid session. This helps ensure that only authorized users can authenticate on Plaid Exchange and link to an account.

“Since” and “until” filters added to Repayments API. You can now filter repayments based on time period; you can also allow customers to filter repayment history. (docs)

Filter By tags and Sort added to List Application Form API endpoint. You can now filter by tags and sort data with the List Application Form API endpoint for White-Label Application Form. This update achieves feature parity with the old Application Form. (docs)

Total Debit and Total Credit Data added to monthly statements. Customers can now see the aggregated total credits and debits over their statement period.
